Terms of use and planning
Effective 11 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of cambodiapath.com and to the trip-planning service Cambodia Path provides. Questions: hello@cambodiapath.com.
1. What Cambodia Path does
Cambodia Path is a trip-planning service. We suggest routes, check the published days, prices and terms of independent providers in Cambodia, and send written proposals. We are not a tour operator, we do not own or operate any sanctuary, lodge, vehicle or activity, and we do not employ guides or drivers.
2. Providers deliver your trip
Each part of a trip is delivered by the independent provider named in your proposal, under that provider’s own terms and conditions, including its payment, cancellation, safety and age rules. At present you book and pay each provider directly. Cambodia Path does not currently take bookings or payments.
3. Proposals
A proposal is a plan, not a booking. It shows which parts the provider has confirmed for your dates and which are pending, and it is valid until the date stated on it. Prices and availability are set by providers and can change until you book with them.
4. Planning is currently free
At present we do not charge for planning or proposals. If that changes, we will tell you the fee and what it covers before any work starts.
5. Information on this website
We research our planning guides carefully and show sources and checked dates, but conditions in Cambodia change: roads, schedules, prices, access, official advice and providers’ practices. Information on the website is general guidance, not a promise. Always check current official travel advice and the provider’s own terms before you travel.
6. Your responsibilities
- Hold a valid passport, visa and any entry documents, and comply with Cambodian law.
- Carry travel insurance that covers your activities and medical evacuation.
- Tell us and the providers about anything that affects your ability to take part safely.
- Follow the instructions of guides, rangers and providers.
7. Liability
Providers are responsible for the services they deliver. To the extent the law allows, Cambodia Path is not liable for the acts or omissions of providers, for events outside our control, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes to these terms
We will update these terms when our service changes, in particular before we start taking bookings or payments, and show the date the current version took effect at the top of the page.
