Cancellations and refunds
Effective 11 October 2026
Cambodia Path does not currently take bookings or payments. You book and pay each provider directly, so each provider’s own cancellation and refund terms apply to its services.
What we do
- Before you pay anything, your proposal shows each provider’s payment and cancellation terms as published or confirmed by the provider.
- If you need to change or cancel, we help you work out the options and who to contact.
An example
The Elephant Valley Project publishes (as read on 11 October 2026) that payment is due at least one week before the visit, that cancellations within seven days are non-refundable, that illness or emergency may allow a date change or a 12-month voucher, and that it refunds in full if it cancels for safety reasons. Other providers have different terms, which is why your proposal lists them part by part.
Insurance
Because many providers require payment in advance, travel insurance that covers cancellation is strongly recommended.
When this changes
Before Cambodia Path starts taking bookings or payments itself, we will publish our own cancellation and refund terms here and show them in every proposal. Questions: hello@cambodiapath.com.
